Pre-Order terms and conditions

These Pre-Order terms and conditions (these “terms”) govern the placing of pre-orders (“Pre-Order”) with Direct Crafts Wholesale Please read these Terms carefully before submitting your Pre-Order of any product. By Submitting your Pre-Order, you agree to legally bound by these terms Pre-order registration. When placing a Pre-order for the Products, you will be required to provide certain information, such as your address and billing information. You represent and warrant that all such information is accurate, and you shall ensure that such information is kept current. Direct Crafts Wholesale shall have no responsibility or liability for inaccurate information or information that later becomes outdated, and shall have no obligation to make effort to determine the correct contact or shipping information. Payment

You will be charged at the time of placing the order. If the company is unable to commence shipping the product on or before the one-year anniversary of you placing the Pre-order, Direct Crafts Wholesale shall process a full refund to you. All pre-order are handled through PayPal, Laybuy and Wix payment processor. Your placing of a pre-order constitutes your express agreement to the company charging of your provided payment method at such time.

Shipping

Products are to be shipped on the estimated shipping date. Such dates are only an estimate, it is subject to change and Direct Crafts Wholesale does not represent or warrant that it will be able to ship the Product by the estimated date. As a result, in the event that a delay does arise and the estimated shipment and/or release of the product is not met, Direct Crafts Wholesale is not responsible for any damages that may occur due to the delay, nor shall it be obligated, except as set forth in these Terms, to provide any discounts, refunds or credit due to any such delays. The products will be shipped in the order in which your Pre-order is received by the company.

No cancellation/refund

Once you place your order, your order is final, non-cancellable and non-refundable, except as specified in the terms and the applicable terms of sale.

As a B2B company, we do not offer cancellations, returns or refunds on any order unless a product is faulty. Missing or Damaged Items

Please ensure you inspect your package on receipt. Any issues or missing items must be reported within 72 hours. Any discrepancies after this time period will not be considered. If you have missing or damaged items please be aware we do not send single replacements. As a B2B company we provide wholesale prices and by placing an order you agree to these terms, Therefore if a single item is damaged or missing we will often offer to refund the cost of that item or send replacement with a future order. We cannot pay postage costs to replace single items damaged in transit.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. These are usually sent with a future order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging or something identical.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and you will be issued with a store credit for the value minus postage costs.
